II Job description:

  1. The main task:

- Support sales to take care of old customers to increase revenue and sales volume. Collect market information, receive customer feedback, answer customer inquiries, contact other departments to handle customer complaints quickly, efficiently and accurately.

- Coordinating with business to build work plans for the business department on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, monitoring and urging the sales department to properly implement the plan.

- Implement the purchasing process: order procedures from suppliers, import goods into the warehouse, store documents.

– Making quotations, letters of offer, drafting and managing all kinds of contracts of Sales Department of industrial chemicals. Executing contracts, making orders, importing and exporting goods, contacting customers, planning delivery for the warehouse department, planning delivery.

- Check selling expenses, make internal payment procedures; submit FB payment approval, other payment for customers.

- Follow up, urge customer debt recovery

- Track the customer's import process, the amount of goods sold, summarize the customer's inventory, provide information for the sales department to have the basis to control the goods, promote the customer to import, control goods floating on the market, control the sales speed of distributors and agents.

- Update sales data, report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales, make detailed reports on sales, revenue, and debts of sales staff.

- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

- Prepare work reports according to the Company's regulations

  1. Some other works:

– Coordinate with other individuals in the unit and in the Company to organize events, build corporate culture, propose solutions to improve service quality, image and reputation of the Company;

- Perform other related tasks as requested by superiors.

III Recruitment Criteria:

- Level: 

- Requires a bachelor's degree or higher;

– Able to use Chinese fluently

– Majors in: Chemicals, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking, Marketing, Foreign Languages, Finance….

– Experience:

+ Working experience: At least 1 year of experience in the same position

– Necessary skills:

+ Adaptability.

+ Ability to work autonomously.

+ Have a sense of responsibility at work.

+ Honesty, careful;

– Supplementary Skills: Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in English

IV Income and benefits:

– Starting income: 8 – 12 million/month, depending on the experience and capacity of the candidate;

- Social insurance regime. Full health insurance and unemployment insurance:

- Periodical and unexpected salary increase regime according to work performance;

- Performance bonus quarterly and annually; 13th month salary bonus;
